The walk-in shower in my room was incredibly refreshing and one of the best features during my stay.

The cleanliness was severely lacking during my stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed the surface seemed fine, but I later discovered unvacuumed areas, including food remnants beside the bed. The bathroom was particularly concerning. it wasn't cleaned properly, with a dirty toilet and floor that failed to meet even basic standards. It was frustrating to find that after housekeeping cleaned the next day, the toilet was still in an unsatisfactory condition.

The bar never opened, despite being advertised, but I did appreciate the so-called "helpful" staff. I wouldn't have minded a complimentary upgrade or at least a simple welcome gift to ease my displeasure. I could almost give this place a decent review, but just couldn’t overlook the lack of attention to detail.

The location was ideal, as it was just a few minutes' walk to the botanical gardens and various museums. The metro station nearby made it easy to explore the city. I also enjoyed the excellent shower, adding comfort to my stay. Plus, the view from the room offered a lovely cityscape that enriched my mornings.

Great spot for a city adventure!

Loved the location! Just a short walk to all the cool spots. The staff was super friendly and even kept our bags for us after check-out! Room was cozy and clean. Had breakfast in the bar area which was nice, but you could hear trams and sirens at night. Not a biggie for us, but if you’re light sleeper, maybe pack earplugs.

We had a blast using this hotel as our base while visiting the Museum of Musical Instruments and Editions Jacques Brel. The location is super convenient for exploring all this city has to offer, including easy access to the European Parliament district. The breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff were all friendly.

One thing to look out for is the noise levels from the street. the trams can be quite loud, especially in the early morning. It didn't bother us much, but it might affect some light sleepers.
